Q: What are wax melts?

A: Wax melts are wickless scented pieces of wax that are melted in a warmer or candle burner to release the fragrance held within. They come in various shapes/sizes/colours/fragrances and will fill your home with hours of scent. Unlike candles, the wax doesn’t evaporate, only the scent. Also, you do not need to add anything, i.e. water to the wax melt.

Q: Which wax do you use for your wax melts?

A: We use 100% coconut wax – a natural, renewable and biodegradable wax that burns slowly and cleanly.  The packaging for the wax melts is also recyclable made from recycled materials.

Q: Which shipping methods are available?

A: We offer two services:

  1. Free local collection – this option is available to local customers who wish to collect their order from my premises, free of charge. Please message when you have received confirmation that your order is ready, to arrange a time slot for collection. 
  2. Standard £3.99 P&P – this is available to all customers, your order will be shipped via Royal Mail or courier (depending on the weight and size of your order). 

Q: What are scented sizzlers?

A: They are highly scented granules that you add to your burner. Simply add 1 tsp to your burner (DO NOT add water) and enjoy instant, intense fragrance around your home. Then when the scent has gone, simply discard – less messy!

Q: What’s the best way to remove my wax melt from my burner?

A: The easiest way is to carefully place a few cotton buds/cotton pads into the welted wax (ensuring none touches your skin) and let it soak up the wax. Then wipe clean and pop in your new wax melt!

Q: How long will my order take?

A: Depending on stock levels and your specific order, as products are handmade to order, generally it takes us approx. 1-3 working days to fully process your order, but it may be sooner or later depending on work load and stock levels at the time of order.

Q: I made a mistake on my order, can I amend it?

A: Depending on the time of order yes you can amend your order, you should call us as soon as possible and we can see if we can amend your order. Please note that if yours is a customised product and manufacture has already begun we cannot amend your order unless it is to add to it.

Q: Do you do reward points?

A: Yes, once you have created an account with us, you earn 5 points every time you spend £1, these can be used at any time and do not expire. The points can be found at the bottom of the checkout screen.
